Shipping

Your order will be processed once your payment is confirmed. Minimum 1×24 hours working day. Maximum 3×24 hours working days. The duration of delivery depends on your location, and the shipping method you chose.

The cost of the delivery may vary, depends on your location, weight of the product and the shipping method. We will calculate the shipping fee on your checkout page.

You can notify us through our customer service, about when you want the package to be delivered or give a note if you choose to give instructions on where to put the package or whom to give it to.

You can click on your profile, then click on ‘on going order’. You can check out the status of your package there. We will give you the airway bill, that you can use to track on the shipping company ‘s site.

Return & Refund

You can contact our customer service and give them a walk-through on your issue. We will accept your return request only if:

Order Issues

If you accidentally cancel your order, kindly contact our customer service to notify the merchant you brought from. You can also simply place a new order again.


If you have made a wrong purchase when you wanted to purchase something else, you can also notify customer service and we can do the refund process after you have fill in the refund form and place a new order. This will only be applicable if you notify us, the latest within 30 minutes of purchase.


We would notify you through email if your order has been cancelled if the item you ordered turns out to be out of stock. A refund would be processed straight away.


Your money will be refunded to your latest payment method and expect 2-5 working days.

When your payment have been confirmed, we will send you an invoice note to your email. If you are missing an item, please kindly send us the screen shot of your invoice, proof of bank transfer and a video of you unpacking your package to our customer service. We will connect to the boutique that you purchased from.

The available payment methods are via Bank Transfer, Virtual Account, QR and Go Pay. You can choose your preferable payment method once you check out.

Once you have successfully completed your payment, our system will automatically confirm your payment within 5 hours. You will be notified when your payment is confirmed.

Yes. You need an account to purchase an item from our website. It will be easier for us to notify you about your item.
You can sign up with your email account manually, or for a simpler way, you can sign up with your gmail or facebook account.

Product & Stock

Sizing would vary from one product to another, that is why we do not insist on giving a universal size guide. You can find the size guide of each product by opening the product page, it will be shown below the description.

This will depend on the designer / boutique itself. Due to the fact that, we are based on slow moving fashion, some products may only come in one stock and is not mass produced or will do re-runs. If you would like to ask about the product and request for a re-stock, you can contact customer service for more information.

No, we are not. We let the boutiques deliver their own product in their own way to you. If they happen to be running out of stock, then we do not have stocks of their products.
