Print Form
After you got the confirmation, print out the return form that we sent to you. This will be the label on your package.
Shipping
Pack the product with the printed form labeled to the box. Send it to the vendor's address, as what we would inform you in the confirmation email.
Successful Process
Wait for approximately 7x24 hrs, for us to confirm & check the product, and ship you a replacement product or refund your money.
