Terms & Conditions

As you're joining hands with us, you have to agree upon our terms & conditions. This platform meant to be used independently, according to the terms & conditions stated below. Please read carefully.

Your personal details. Such as your name, email address, address, phone number.

Your boutique details. Such as your brand's name, products (pictures; price; size, price, details), address, email address, phone number, etc.

Your bank account details. Such as account number, name, bank name.

The information about your brand and products will be used for publishing, exposure, and selling purpose only. While your personal and bank account details will be kept private for the company only. You don't have to worry about your data. We will never use them against your agreement. If ever you applied to become one of our boutiques, and got rejected, we will not keep or use any of your informations.

To start selling and set your boutique with us, you must first create an account in our platform. You need to give us your latest and precise informations that we asked of you. You are expected to fill it all as it is compulsory. You are not allowed to make multiple accounts from the same credentials.

tangantangan has every right to use, publish, own all the pictures, graphics, texts, videos, campaigns compilation that you consensually gave to us.

In other hand, you may not steal contents from tangantangan and use them for other commercial purposes without our consent.

tangantangan has every right to dismiss your partnership and contract, if you use our platform or any of our platform's features, for other commercial purposes, without notifying us or have the license to do so.

tangantangan has every right to terminate you, if you use our platform in selling products that we do not agree to represent.

We are a slow moving fashion marketplace. Therefore, we do not accept if you sell any other stuff that is not fashion related or reselling goods under your brand or account, that do not work with our vision & mission.

We do not compensate any damaged goods, shipping fee and refunds. The picture we publish on our platform, is as it is, and how the customers receive later on, is your responsibility. You are expected to agree to compensate and take full responsibility, regarding your item's condition and the shipping itself, the moment the customer has successfully make their payment. You are also expected to be the one to take full responsibility, if your actions caused damage towards our company, platform, and business.

Our customer service and admin, will be the messenger between you and the customers. The customers will not be communicating with you directly. Our customer service or admin, will contact and notify you regarding cancellation, product issues, requests, questions, returns & refunds.

You are not allowed to ask about any of our customers personal contact or information.

We will only contact you through our professional account. Preferably by email and whatsapp. We expected you to stand by with fast response.

If ever you got into troubles through any fake third party that uses our name, we are not responsible for the loss.

We are not a stockist, and we will not be storing your stuff in a warehouse. You will be the one responsible for delivering the items to the customers. You will also be responsible for any returns and refunds, if there is a problem with the item(s) received by the customer. As we do not keep your products with us. You can create your own return and refund policies, and we will follow accordingly.

We will charge an administration fee for every purchase made on your boutique. The administration fee is 11% per transaction.

You will be given an invoice every time you received a purchase and finished an order. We will give you the invoice that includes the administration fee deduction.

You will only receive the payment and invoice, after an order has been claimed finished by the customer.

You should also agree to pay any additional admin fees, if you decided to use other premium features from us.

You should only stick with one bank account to connect the payment with us. We will only pay you with one payment method, which is bank transfer.

For every transaction on our platform, there will be invoices available on your boutique account.

You will be notified when there is an order for your item. You are expected to process and deliver the item within 3 days. The packaging itself comes from you, as we believe customers should get the full and authentic experience buying from your boutique.

You will be notified by customer service, if there is any cancellation order.

We will be obligated to cancel an order or transaction, if we see that the price have been changed or not accurate.

We will be obligated to cancel an order, if we detect irregular pattern or activities from the customer and boutique account and payment method.

We will be obligated to cancel an order, if you have not deliver the item(s) within 3 days. If ever we cancelled an order for you, then your boutique will be banned from selling.

You are only allowed to deliver your item(s) using the shipping method that we provided and what the customer has chosen.

You should always update the status of your order, as we will not be letting customers to cancel their order if the order is already packed.

We will not be responsible for any damage, damage fee, packaging and shipping fee. We will only notify you about the customer's not / request about their shipment and packaging.

We will deny your request to sell, if your brand goes oveer 20 SKU per product / design.

We will deny your request to sell, if the item you are selling is not produced by your own brand.

We will deny your request to sell, if your product is not authentic. Meaning, making dupes or stolen products.

You will be responsible and willing to fix any problem on the item(s) sold. E.g there is a hole or a tear on the product that is not caused by the customer. The customer can return it to you for fixation or if it comes in more than one stock, it can be exchanged to a new one.

If the product that you have uploaded to our platform does not pass our standard policy. Your brand is not allowed to join any of our campaigns, or use any of our features, until we have confirmed that you are eligible to sell with us.

You may not create your own voucher for customers to use, if it is not from tangantangan.

Voucher will only be applicable for boutiques who are working together with tangantangan.

Voucher is not to be distributed through physical form, if it is not made by tangantangan, and should only be used when purchasing from us.

Voucher can only be used once per customer, until the expiry date. One type of voucher would be available to shop for only one campaign.

We will not be responsible to pay you the full amount (including deduction of admin fee), if you are selling your products with your own discounts or voucher.

We will only compensate the discounted amount from the voucher, if the voucher is made by tangantangan.

You are responsible for any product damages, if it is not caused by the customer.

You are responsible to compensate for the refund and shipping fee, if you are not able to fix the error of the faulty item, through the last payment method.

You agreed to provide us your address information, for the customer to return the product. When customer has delivered the product to you, you have to make a report with pictures to us, through our admin or customer service.

Before doing any return & refund, we will first survey the problem before proceeding with the process, through the report made by customers.

You are not allowed to do an exchange item for the customer, if the product you delivered have no issue prior to delivery. Customers have to make a new order, if they want to change size / color / print.

We might borrow your products for campaign and promotional purposes. It is up to you to accept the offer.

If you have agreed to lend us any of your products, you have to provide us with detailed pictures of the real condition of the products.

You have to put your products in a garment bag with your label on it.

We will be fully responsible for the shipping and the quality of the borrowed products.

We will always give credits to any brand that is used in our campaigns. If you want to be featured in our campaign or advertisement, do not hesitate to contact us.
